.. that the entire Guam block will vote as one for one candidate. Not sure the DNC exactly supports that, even if possibly can be seen as each delegate acting on their own will.

Pretty sure its bogus though.

As far as reports earlier, there is almost noone in the media that is not talking out their ass on stuff like this. Rules and reading them is anathema to being a pundit or "journalist" these days.

The do not have to declare as whole delegates. That sort of defeats the purpose of having dem split in the first place.

I am well aware of the supers. But thats beside the point about %threshold you raised originally. That I had to correct.
