to the executive branch, and less oversight by Congress

Do you really believe that it will be rolled back with a new administration and Congress?

I detest Nader with a passion regarding the 2000 election, but when the Democrats take control of Congress, and they will, this will tell me just how much difference there is between the Democrats and the republicans

If they reverse the executive power grab made by the bush administration, then there is still a chance for the Republic

Otherwise...
