For that matter, no one is holding you hostage in DU. Or chained you to your computer.

Which is why your analogy to a beaten abused wife is just INSULTING.

Now, before you start in with the apology thing, I'm not really concerned with whether you accept FS's apology or not. Do, don't, whatever.

But to compare reading posts on the internet to being beaten by your spouse is just GROSS. It's ignorant.

Reaching out with that olive branch at this point is like the guy that beats his wife every night, sends flowers every morning, and is totally baffled when she leaves him. At least have the decency to stop insulting us with the conciliatory post bullshit.

Don't insult people who have really lived that shit with that comparison, ok?
