I'm just going to tell people here a couple things.

First:

Doc sees me at shows...and immediately walks up to me...gives me a hug...and starts talking politics. He is always the instigator. So don't talk all "poor Doc". I love the Doc. We don't agree on things. But he provides a great service to my brethren.

Second:

I work in this industry because of the way people are. They can smell bullshit from a mile away and will tell you to your face you are full of shit. That don't pussy foot around. They're hard core mother fuckers. They ride motorcycles...hang out with Hell's Angels...get tattooed...and do drugs. They smoke joints hanging off of steel 80 feet off the ground. They work 18 hour days...6 months out of the year. And then hang out with friends and drink gut rot the other 6 months. These people make sailors blush. But the love art...and music...and friends. And they're are more loyal than anyone you will ever...EVER...be lucky enough to know.

And guess what.

They all vote Liberal.


So here it is from me...on behalf of them (and I'll try to put in the way I KNOW they would). Get the fuck out of my face with your holier than thou bullshit pretending like you know my life or the industry I work in. These people would LITERALLY stiff arm you at a bar if you came with to them with type of talk.


But they're still going to vote for the Democrat in November.


Don't you just hate us? We look nothing like you. We smell. We work hard. We laugh. And we're tight knit and loyal.

God...what's not to hate?
