if you send someone an email or letter, there is no law stopping them from showing it to others.

so if you sent me a nastygram for instance or love letter (remember, hypothetically), i could send it to the New York Times for publication.

i couldn't make money off your work except if I was using it as part of satire.

but short of an agreement to keep something secret, Brazile is not obligated to refrain (i hope you know that word) from distributing it as long as she doesn't take credit for it as her own work.
