While everyone is wondering why Hillary will NOT drop out, Hillary is positioning herself to FORCE Obama to choose her for VP. :crazy:

She's trying to make the case that she can carry the voters (women, whites, Hispanic, working class etc.) as well as the states (Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, etc.) that Obama cannot carry. She wants SOMETHING out of all of this. Bad idea.

(The above McAuliffe quote is from Talking Points Memo - can't get the link) Yesterday, on Larry King, McAuliffe talked about Hillary's HUGE COALITION that is her base, Lanny Davis mentioned that she has a base of (I think it was) 16 million.

To paraphrase Margaret Carlson...the Clintons were prepared to "win ugly", maybe they are ready to "lose ugly" as well.
