The focus of that site is a unity ticket and people have kept saying that it is suggesting VP for Clinton but there is only one reference to the order, all the imagery, subconscious sales hints, and even target demographic are actually implying she should be President and Obama VP.

From a web marketing standpoint this is classic brand switching pitch.
