I heard a few pundits say it. I've never felt that she was the presumptive nominee. I thought she had the odds stacked against her from the start. In fact, when Obama spoke at the convention in 2004, people started discussing him as a candidate then. I was not the least surprised when he moved to Washington, and essentially unpacked and started running for office. I believe that HE - not she - has been the one wearing the cloak of inevitability.
