183. The OP asked for a link that showed Clinton ahead in the popular vote that did not include Michigan
and Florida. You accuse Nance of googling inadequacy and then link directly to an article which states that Clinton is ahead using Michigan and Florida votes.

You then go on to disparage caucuses as somehow being undemocratic and indicate that somehow using the results of caucuses "defeats the purpose of estimating who can draw people to the polls this fall."

With all due respect, I'm doubting that there will be a state in the fall where John McCain's name doesn't appear on the ballot and he gets to count 0 votes. I'm also in doubt that there are any states where he will be prohibited from campaigning in the fall. And I don't really think that any argument a Republican voters will think the results of the General Election won't count.

So, talking about who can get more votes in the fall based on popular vote totals from a state where no primary occurred (only one name on the ballot) or a state where many of the voters did not come out because they'd been told the primary did not count, holds no relevance to anything about the General Election.
