The RBC won't seam FL and MI as is; they may seat them with a 50% penalty, no SD's, and the uncommitted from Michigan for Obama (the 50% penalty is the one in the rules, so this is what I expect); this is a situation that doesn't help Clinton at all. She won't be the nominee, and if they're 'antagonised' by that fact, that's too goddamned bad.
