Clinton DIDN'T CAMPAIGN in Florida as the rules stated. Clinton DIDN'T ADVERTISE in Florida as the rules stated Her name was on the ballet as the rules permitted. People voted...and all her votes should be counted.
Obama DIDN'T campaign in Florida as the rules stated. Obama didn't run Ads on Florida stations as the rules stated. However, Obama DID deliberately run ads in neighboring states that reached Floridians TVs, thus breaking the spirit of the rules. People voted...and all his votes should be counted.
Dean and the Dem committee (?) should give ALL the votes to ALL the candidates. They could opt to a large fine for party instead of disenfranchising millions of people. So people get their votes and the party is punished.
