we wouldn't have this problem. Who the heck decreed that they should be first of the firsts for all time?

Dean has mostly done a fantastic job, and this Deaniac Since 2002 wishes he would stay on as chair. But I do admit that he screwed up on this and should have had a resolution long ago. It's time for the primacy of IA and NH to end.
