4. The thing I don't get, is how are these promises made binding?
I don't see that 3 years from now they won't be funding a Republican candidate who will let them return to the old scheme.


Seems to me we want real change in the laws. We want to create a system that will allow poor people to get health insurance without paying added penalties because their income gives them a low credit score.
