but if a Republican did what Shelley has been accused of, (and I have read some of the supporting documents coming from bipartisan committees - there are many facts supporting the allegation that he used HAVA funds to support the dems), we'd be screaming bloddy murder to have him impeached.

He should have resigned already. Shelley put us in a terrible position here. This sucks.

We need to make sure our state legislators are ALL OVER any decisions made by the next Sec of State. We need to expand our CDP Protect, Promote the Vote program. We need to write lots of ltte to alert voters to the importance of paper ballots and vote protection. There are things we can do, and we will. But Shelley is gone, and I believe he should be.
