3. I've lived in the Baltimore area all my life and still do not understand
they public transportation system. As the previous poster mentioned, your best bet would be to hop on the MARC (correct me if I'm wrong) at Penn Station. Several of my classmates at the University of Baltimore travel from DC to Baltimore on a daily basis for law school. They catch the MARC.
