http://rawstory.rawprint.com/105/social_security_1.phpIt's the RNC playbook sponsored by this "senator". If you read it the gist is we're too dumb to comprehend and we have to be spoken down to and that by framing the debate they can get the idea across it is good for us.
on the flip side it could be a good ol "trojan horse" used to ruffle our feathers so they get a while longer to frame the debate.
I would highly recommend to write Santorum and let him know you don't appreciate his wording and methodology and for someone who is supposed to represent his state this sounds like an Agenda.
