2. Holding on to seats in the South East
and stopping a major wipeout in London to both the Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives.

They have already lost the South West and are likely to be hit in Scotland by the SNP.

This can put pressure on them in Manchester & Liverpool, which have large gay communities.
