Rove uses distraction and also silence when operating scams.
How many are talking about oil as the main reason for the Iraq invasion? None or very few, when in fact it has the 2nd largest reserves and Iran is right there at number 3!

Voter scam is not talked about by Republicans either. Notice that? They will not acknowledge it until BIG FACTS come forth. They were working on how to handle voter irregularities that hit main stream before the election and are watching now ready to spring their propaganda into action when needed.
