15. Just found one myself.
8,400 votes for Kerry in Orange (county?) in Florida. Apparently a result of the problem where, when a vote tally exceeds 32,000, the machine looses votes, rather than halting voting in order to have votes counted and get reset.

Also, this one never affected official counts. It was only an error reported on a non-official website, which wasn't corrected for some time period (none of the ariticles I've found say how long. I get the impression the wrong count stayed on the website for a couple days.)

Hard to find this one instance in the sea of Bush favoring glitches.
