You bet they padded their vote in the non-contested states! Arkansas was in the running as a semi-battlegroud state and in Pulaski County (the most populous county) we had MASSIVE early voting. To my chagrin, when I went to vote early, I noticed that for the first time ever, we had the ES&S touch screen voting machines. No paper trail. And we had record turnout, too. Don't know if it would have made a difference though. I haven't seen any stats on it.
