The comparison of Kerry votes to Conally(an Afro-American without any finacial support or a viable campaign) is a much more problematic indicator of vote irregularities I believe. The several areas in question had few Afro-Americans and the opponent had a strong campaign. But although the Presidential race got a lot more votes in those counties, Kerry still got a lot less votes in many precincts in those counties. Very suspicious I think. www.flcv.com/fraudioh.html
