I request that the House Judiciary Committee hold full hearings on the 2004 Election, the evidence is mounting that a concerted effort by partisans have caused a inaccurate vote count. Our democracy is fragile and very citizen as well as elected officals need to be diligent in the protection of citizen’s rights. A most important right is the right to have our votes counted, as cast. In the election of 2004 our votes have not be counted as cast, nor has the right to vote been upheld for many minorities. We need to right this injustice by holding those who want to subvert our democracy accountable. Please act now.
