7. WA is waiting on the count to decide what to do.
It looks like Wed is the day when King County gives its recount numbers, and the Supreme Court then will decide whether or not to include the mistakenly uncounted ones. Seems like they are playing the game of possibly not having to decide (depending upon how the count without including the uncounted ones goes). If they decide yes, whatever the count is without the disputed ones, woohoo, sets a precident which could go nationally?
