17. If I understand Arnebeck's first Complaint correctly...
Moyer HAS to recuse himself, due to conflict-of-interest. Since the election results of Moyer's appointment to C.J. are also being challenged. Plus Arnebeck has also for the last few years done litigation about illegal corporate funding into Ohio Supreme Court appointments. So if my understanding of Arnebeck's position on this case is correct, he MAY be able to contest the votes of nearly all Ohio S.C. judges on this case...thereby ruling Ohio Supreme Court entirely unable to rule on the case.
