23. I'm on the same trail.

I've always thought Arnebeck's plan is to lay down little bread crumbs for the OH Supreme Court to bite, expose itself, and open the door for the U.S. SC to rule on the validity of the OH election. My bet is, it will rule it fraudulent, will order OH SoS to send new (Kerry) electors, so that on Jan. 6 the republican senate will be forced either to expose itself as backing fraud or voting to elect Kerry.

Am I close?
