I agree. In my opinion, we need someone to stand up and say "the emperor has no clothes." I'd prefer that it be Sen. Byrd for all sorts of reasons or that he be among those who stand. Even if no one stands, I'm not leaving the party which I think will come to realize grave violations of the Voting Rights Act have taken place.
