then you accomplish the same thing by pressuring Congress to impeach. With a Repug congress and Senate, they would never have the balls to impeach one of their own unless their own political futures were seriously threatened.

That being said, I do wish we had more powers to undo our mistakes. Our so-called "government of the people" might still give us more of a voice that other governments, but it takes so much effort to move and change things the slightest amount. If it is proven to enough people that we made a mistake, now or at anytime, we shouldn't be forced to live with that mistake for four years, just because the wheels of government turn so slowly, or worse, because they are ultimately turned by so few.
