83. I've been thinking about this very question, and I've come to believe...
that a lot of us aren't 'letting go'...because Kerry hasn't entirely 'let go' either (deep down inside). Sure he's trying to move on, and accept he won't be President in 2005...but that he can still be Senator. Though my bet IS, it's NOT "working" any better for him, than it is for us.

And his trip to Iraq, and the soldiers, really has to be bothering him so much...since War and its effect on soldiers is a recurring theme in his life. Because of which, he can NOT come back and achieve what he truly needs to for the soldiers, and for our country...as just a mere Senator. He knows that, I'm sure.

I agree he hasn't done everything the way I or others here had hoped, but for some reason...even though I say daily I'm moving on, something inside still tells me he's 'the Man' for the Big White House. (I just haven't figured out exactly how yet.)

Though yes, I believe he still thinks of it, AND us...no matter how it seems from afar.
