I think that ought to do it, and if you want a sample letter to send all of them, including Frist and Hastert, here's one:

It is urgent that we keep up the pressure on these thugs before everyone forgets about the election!

I'd suggest FAX as the best method since it generates PAPER and it's much faster than snail mail for various reasons.
