2006 is key, which is why Kerry has come out swinging. He has decided to correct the 2004 election theft within the beltway. Of course, he would have served his supporters better by fighting the rigged election but that's water under the bridge. He has enough backing to buck true election reform all the way to the West Wing but he has to start NOW.

After that, impeachment is a definite possibility. The House is the sticking point. There are many more moderate Republicans in the Senate than the House. If a Democratic majority can be regained in the House, then impeachment is a possibility. At a minimum, a slugfest against Gonzales could be engaged.

Every fatality in Iraq must be answered by our continuing to push for impeachment.
