22. Breakdown for East Compton
I did some statistical breakdowns of LA county using PowerPoint. One of the cites was East Compton:

Precinct Spoilage Registration Ballots Cast Kerry Bush

1960001A 6.98% 238 129 91.7% 8.3%
1960003A 2.19% 810 456 89.5% 9.6%
1960007A 2.93% 533 341 90.6% 8.2%
1960010A 3.03% 1054 561 92.7% 6.1%
1960032A 2.97% 794 471 90.8% 8.8%

Machine problem
Whaley Middle School (14401 South Gileson Drive), Compton, Los Angeles County, California
No voting machines at Polling Place

I don't know what it means.... I just spent a lot of time crunching numbers and I'm suspicious of LA county.
