14. I donate to individual candidates and PACs like Planned Parenthood

I don't have a lot of money, but I like to spread it around to a lot of progressive causes and candidates.

But when it comes to the national offices of the Democratic Party, I don't respond unless it comes from Howard Dean.

Therefore, if I send a letter protesting the Dem's inaction regarding our stolen elections, I figure whoever sent it is getting more out of me than they would have otherwise.

A good point was made about where the non-donation ends up -- I don't really have an answer for that.

You write a thoughtful letter -- on the whole I agree about not bailing out of the Dem Party, because for us progressives it's the only game in town. Welcome to DU! :hi:
