3. You're right about the plotholes.....
Especially the bit where Peter "abandons" Aunt May in the bank and she is terrified, yet somehow it never crops up again...

I agree about Doc Ock's arms too......."Skipping lightly over the insanely advanced, unbelievably useful items I've created which represent a step-change in technology, here's a big yellow ball....".

And the whole "Oh, there's some Artificial Intelligence in them..." throwaway comment too...I mean, obviously they'll turn evil if they don't have the inhibitor chip.....

The laziest piece of film-writing I've seen in a long time....since The Hulk, in fact. And ALL the characters were completely emotionless - talk about failing to engage your audience!

I disagree about the CGI - CGI can be done well or it can be done badly, and in this film I don't think it was done well. It was very obviously fake, but my main problem is that the CGI spiderman looked and moved like a cartoon character (shape distortions, speed, laws of physics etc), whereas when they used footage of the actor doing something spidermannish, it looked like a real person and moved in a totally different way.
