You need to see your doctor and they should give you a saliva test to determine your hormone levels. Then they can prescribe the hormones that are made at a compounding pharmacy. After about 3 months, you take the test again and the hormones are adjusted if needed. They are wonderful. I've been taking them for five years and I feel terrific. I take the saliva test just once each year.
