2. Thanks for the link.
I probably know far less than you about Linux. I'm totally unfamiliar with the syntax and basic file structure of Linux. After much angst and frustration, I figured out that ndiswrapper was installed on the system, so I simply used my CD-ROM from Belkin and extracted the XP inf files...viola...it worked without a hitch...I now have a laptop that I can use again as my internet appliance downstairs...no longer tethered to the office for my internet. I'm writing this post on this as I speak.
