We were crushed, expecting the worst. But, whenever I prayed for his safe return, the song "Don't give up on us babe" kept going round and round in my head, followed by a DEEP sense of peace that engulfed me. So, I put up reward posters all around the neighborhood, even though I was the only one in my family who thought there was a chance he was still alive. Last Tuesday night, as we were returning home from dinner with relatives, that song came on the radio!!! My husband, whom I'd told about the song, asked - "You don't think that's a sign, do you?"

Sure enough, as we pulled into the driveway, there sat our beloved Stormy. He'd lost half his weight, but otherwise he was fine!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

What makes this so wonderful is that this cat came to us in a storm at Christmas time; maybe he wanted to be our Christmas gift AGAIN! Anyway, we're thrilled at his safe return!
