to save a tooth. I know. I have begged to have diseased teeth removed and yet they have preferred to build from anything that is there rather than pull. I have one tooth that is mostly a root with a complete crown. It's expensive but if you can't afford the initial outlay find a dentist who will let you pay it off monthly, or if there is a dental school close to you you can get very good care for a minimum of cost or even free depending on your circumstances.

Also, are you sure it's your teeth? I got shingles on part on the right side of my face and it felt like a very bad toothache, but it turned out it was shingles. There is no cure for it but at least they give you painkillers. The disease eventually wears off.
