What's changed in the election system since 2000 to change the reliability of the outcome?

And I'm kind of fascinated with the fact that virtually NONE of the candidates' charts are reliable.
Not to mention all the difficult and unpredictable transits between now and the inauguration date. Expect the unexpected with the Uranian influences...which is not to say that surprises lead to negative results.
Often, even upsetting situations are liberating after the dust settles. But it would be a mistake to cling too desperately to the status quo and business as usual. I really think it's time to throw out notions that things will ever 'return' to 'normality' or the way things were prior to Bush, as far as what our lives will be like. Bush was just the harbinger...and not coincidentally, his favorite activity was 'clearing brush'. They've cleared a lot of 'brush' in eight years, bulldozer style. And the earth will have its changes too.

And do people really think Pluto in Capricorn is going to be a cake walk? That our current way of life, our institutions and the very infrastructure that makes it all hold together are somehow going to get a pass from Pluto? That the current power structure will become a socialist organization regardless of who is selected as president? Have people read anything about the astrological implications of Pluto through Capricorn, or any of the other important transits going on? Of course there are very positive and very negative things all going on at the same time, as always...and all is, cosmically and spiritually speaking, as it should be. The astrological and intuitive messages I and so many others get do not support a 'business as usual' situation ahead on any level.
