who lately has been the subject of much criticism with dh, some warranted but I keep telling him he needs to balance his criticism with positive messages. Suffice it to say, their relationship is not the greatest but I also have found that is common at this age.

I think I might go for some reiki sessions to clear off the yuch. My friend is a wonderful healer.

I used to go for counseling but it is to expensive back when I was having depression after my father died.

I really love my husband. He does not act like this all the time, just gets in these funks. It is totally brain chemistry. I guess I am saying that he does not fling this stuff out maliciously, his words and attitude reflect how he feels inside. I don't take it personally, but the environment it creates is gross and boggs me down. I need to give a few weeks for the supplements and herbs to work. Soon he will be back at work. My mother always says he's not happy unless he is complaining.
