People I no longer need are falling away [View All]

As the year started, I had this sense that I needed to clean house at the office (and everywhere) because it had gotten to the stagnant point that I no longer wanted to be at my own business. There were some lovely people there, but they just were not working out for one reason or another. Previously, I would have kept them and just worked with it.

My sense was that after the first of the year, I needed to clean house at all costs. I did things nicely and helped people find jobs who had been with me a while and just kindly, but firmly cleared out others. My life and business improved dramatically. I waited and am waiting/expecting just the right new hires and tenants. I am staying patient and continuing to fix up and weed out until my current vision is complete.

So far, so good. It can be scary dumping so much that has been familiar, but each time I stay with it, the universe rewards me.

I know a lot of us are in the swirl of big change right now. :grouphug: It's a sign of the times.
We might as well enjoy the ride, because change is coming anyway.

I always enjoyed shooting the rapids while floating down the river in an inner tube. That metaphor and experience has served me well lately.
