27. you're not the oldest
because I'm 52. I do think I "think young" because I finished college between 1995 and 1999. English major. I have a husband and three kids aged 22, 25, and 30. The oldest two are married.

Maybe the most interesting thing about me, to this forum, is that I voted Republican (unthinkingly, just out of family tradition) but then voted for Clinton twice (just a gut feeling that he was better), and then Gore. Going to college in mid-life solidified my belief in the Democratic Party's thinking--now I know why I vote Democratic!
I got really interested in politics after 9/11, and got even more infuriated about Bush and the fact that Gore got cheated. Waited four long years to oust Bushieboy, and became an ARDENT Kerrycrat during the campaign! I worked as a volunteer through September and October.
I am an "outcast" in my original family because of my political beliefs (they are ALL from the religious right, and some of them say they question my sanity) but my husband, kids and their spouses all went for Kerry. So I'm happy. And Wisconsin went BLUE, by only 14,000 votes, so we felt our hard work paid off!
