The first few shots taken from from the South Rim trail. You can see across the Rio Grande Valley deep into Mexico.
   -- The next set are of the Rio Grande. The first four were taken in the Santa Elena Canyon area. The fourth image was apparently of some Americans messing around on the Mexican side. The last image was taken in the opposite side of the park.      A few years ago we were able to cross here and have and have a cold beer in the village. -- The last few were taken while off trail backpacking in the Mule Ears area.    copyright 2010 all rights reserved |
