Since I've been doing so good working out and eating right. I was going to go to Skyline Chili and have a meal that I used to eat all the time there. Skyline Chili is a popular restaurant in southwestern Ohio that serves chili, chili dogs, chili spaghetti, garlic bread, and such. I used to get 3 cheese chili dogs and a large 5 way. A 5 way has spaghetti, onions, beans, meat sauce (what they call chili), and a large mound of cheddar cheese.

I figured I ought to look up how many calories that was like I do most food that I eat now days. It turned out to be 2230. I was shocked. It also contained twice the sodium that you are supposed to in an entire day.

I haven't eaten there in two months and it doesn't look like I'll be going back. It's a wonder I'm not dropping weight quicker.
