It takes a little passion and hot-headedness to achieve such status in freeperville.
But it was only a few who contributed to the real nastiness anyway, and most needed no apology. I understood who Will's anger was directed at. People online need to develop a thicker skin anyway, moaning about perceived insults probably means someone needs to find another hobby.
