"organized sports are played by the rules" and there is also a quality of TRANSPARENCY to the game. You might not agree with the umpire, but at least you saw the play and can judge for yourself.

American elections are NOT played by the rules and key plays are NOT seen.

The sports analogy is so bogus as to be laughable. There is much greater depression and feeling of powerlessness when the game is rigged, than when the game is won "fair and square."

We are being asked to believe in a dysfunctional election system. Blows the mind. Turns the stomach.

This election 2006 I think will give us much new information about what is really going on...because more people are waking up to it and working on it. Every one of us who cares should find out what is really going on in our local communities re. election issues. This is something we can fight at the
local and state level.
