6. Living in New Jersey. . . these folks warm my bitter heart.
I don't mind someone doing 75+ in the left hand lane. . . but I get stuck, daily, behind someone doing under the speed limit in the left lane. That causes traffic to back up very, very quickly in NJ, and within half a mile, all three or four lanes are tooling along at 45 on the interstate. My simple rule of thumb for driving:

If you're not passing the lane to your right, you should be in it.

That's not a license for people to drive at 100 and swerve around in traffic. Of course, on the other hand, if there were no slower cars in the left hand lane, there'd be less swerving. Basically, the guy who drives at 100 (yes, I mean 100 in NJ) and cuts through traffic is an asshole. But so is the guy doing 50 in the far left of four lanes.
