who contracted "9/11" disease. They are trying to get their medical paid by the Fed.

9/11 Rescue Workers Rally For Long-Term Health Funding
June 17, 2006

Rescue workers and elected officials are asking the government to make a long-term commitment to the health needs of the thousands who worked at the World Trade Center site after the September 11th attacks.

A group called "Unsung Heroes for Heroes" is rallied Saturday at the site to demand a commitment from the federal government to pay for the long term monitoring and treatment of those rescue workers.

Some workers contracted serious breathing ailments and certain types of cancer from the toxic dust in the air around the site.
