When Kimberly Nerheim, a spokesperson for Patrick Fitzgerald was asked the following question:

"Did Patrick Fitzgerald send a fax to Robert Luskin similar to that described in recent press reports?"

Her only words were

"I have no comment"

Why?

Why can they not acknowledge that they sent a communication to Luskin?

This question should be bothering anyone watching this story develop.
