even Bush admits that the intelligence leading up to the war was a mistake, if there was no
oil there for Halli-bacon to grab up, we would have been long gone by now. But I do think
that this time line plays into Rove's hands, we should just say change the strategy, make all contrctors Iraqis as part of the stand down process and have the UN send it troops to police the place.
