Spousette and I got a couple of 40Gig iPods, and to my surprise, after purchasing some law reference books I sorely needed, I received a free iPod nano. The controls are as logical as the older, larger models, but the unit is incredibly compact.

What a lovely machine. light, slim, a fantastic look and feel, and a constant amazement that something so small can hold so much. My biggest fear? that something this small is easily misplaced. In the future, what they need is a wrist version, with phone capability and video conferencing.
